Founded in 2014, Digital Development Hub started in Kano with a purpose to bridge the digital divide and create opportunities for underserved communities. What began as small training sessions soon grew into programs that gave youth, women, and persons with disabilities the chance to build practical skills and access opportunities.
Our early work focused on equipping people with digital tools to improve their lives and livelihoods. From workshops in coding, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing to incubation projects for early-stage ideas, we built a foundation rooted in inclusion and empowerment.
Over time, our work attracted development partners, government agencies, and private organisations that shared our vision. These collaborations strengthened our capacity and helped us design programs that opened pathways to jobs, business growth, and social innovation.
