The TechBridge Women Fellowship is a transformative initiative under the IDEAS Project, designed to bridge the gender gap in technology by empowering women with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the digital age. We are targeting women from diverse backgrounds, including marginalized women, out-of-school youth, housewives under Purdah, and NEET (not in education, employment, or training) individuals. Our goal is to equip 150 women in Kano and Katsina with the tools to excel in the digital economy.
Digital Talent Sprint: Focuses on preparing beneficiaries with market-ready skills and job readiness training, ensuring they are equipped for global outsourcing opportunities.
Women Founders Sprint: Tailored for aspiring entrepreneurs, this sprint guides participants through the process of launching successful digital startups in industries such as agriculture, e-health, fintech, and more.
Women aged 18-40 who are eager to pursue careers in the digital space or build tech-driven enterprises.
Participants will gain hands-on experience in various tech sectors and receive guidance from industry experts.
